Joel Spolin – President

Rexco1031 was founded by Joel B. Spolin, a licensed CA Real Estate Broker since 1988 with vast apartment, mortgage and real estate experience. Mr. Spolin has closed real estate transactions in excess of $3 Billon dollars in his career, including numerous delayed and reverse exchanges.  He previously served as Vice President Finance for Consolidated Capital, Chief Financial Officer for a division of the Trammell Crow Residential Company, and Chief Executive Officer of Absolute Mortgage Banking. After completing a reverse exchange where he helped an investor sell multiple properties and then buy a beach condominium that later became his primary residence, he began to focus on 1031 transactions.  As Delaware Statutory Trusts have become increasingly popular, he added DSTs to his solution options for sellers, and he personally owns a number of DST investments.
